Logitech Z906 500W 5.1 Speakers or Bose Companion® 5 multimedia speaker system
and which one do you guys think is better
or any suggestion

I would say with many great deals these few days :neither as you could get far superior SQ/$$ rather than settle for poorly built/muddy sounding PC/Multimedia fare...

bose is synonymous with crap. unless you buy the absolute high end.

logitech has good value on their lower end speakers

for the money spent for a high end logitech system or mid level bose system you would be better off buying home theater speakers and an amp. the difference in build quality and sound is definitely a noticible improvement.
