After a computer is locked , my user goes to enter
password and unlock. It takes approx. 30-40 seconds to
unlock PC. Does this to everyone, not just this user. Any
help is appreciated. Initial logon is quick, no problems.

Look in Event Viewer to see if there are any errors/warnings that may indicate a
problem. If this is a domain computer, double check its network configuration,
particularly dns and run the netdiag support tool on it to check for proper
connectivity/configuration for the domain. See if anyone can change their domain
password from it. If they can not, then there is a problem with domain
connectivity/configuration. A virus and parasite scan is always a good idea when a
computer is acting up. --- Steve
