Longest lasting laptop to play Witcher 3 on?

I have looked through so many different laptops and I can’t put my head around it all. All I know is that I want a 6 core i7. The rest of it is just confusing me like the max q stuff from Nvidia and things like that. My gtx 870m Razer Blade is starting to show its age and it needs to be replaced by something better. But I also need it for work and it needs to last a little while. Any suggestions guys?

It lasted me around 7 hours ish. I usually had to put the brightness all the way down and have battery saver in and stuff even when just doing word processing. I heard that the 1070 version of the new Razer Blade gets around the same and I don’t have to turn the brightness down. But that’s just so much money. How about msi? Have they fixed the heat issues with their GS lineup?

Yeah. my blade has lasted me almost 5 years now. I want something that'll last me the same amount of time
