Looking for a 40k Notebook

I am looking to buy a Notebook with the following specifications:

i5 4th Gen
4GB RAM
1TB HDD
15 " Display
Decent Graphic Card

I will be using it for browsing, watching HD movies and stuff, bit of gaming (like Batman Arkham Series) and to use software like Photoshop etc.
My budget is around Rs. 40K

I have narrowed it down to HP 15-r014TX Notebook and Dell Vostro 3546 Notebook.

Any suggestions?!

For that budget you will have issues with finding a system for games at past low settings for newer titles.

Check the video cards in those systems and pick the fastest one. For a laptop for games you may want to rethink the purchase, especially for the price. You'd neede about $800-1000 for a decent gaming laptop, anything less you would have some issues with quality and frame rates.
