Looking for a budget gaming laptop under $400

Ok, so my cousin bought a laptop for $400(now $300) that can run Borderlands 2 on all high settings plus the Physx setting, with no lag. I have searched and searched for a similar laptop(I may settle with what he has, but I am hoping to get something a bit better) Everytime someone asks this question or similar, people just tell them to increase their budget to 600 or 700. I can't do that.

It must have Windows 8

It must be Toshiba(don't ask why)

I'm impressed that your cousin could find something like that. What model is it? And you should probably go with that then, unless someone else can find something better.
