Looking for a circuit diagram of battery pack A41-X550A or nominals of positions 101, 102 and 103 of charge current regulator inside the pack.

I think it's extremely unlikely you (or us) will be able to obtain a circuit diagram for that - - it's very unlikely to be in the public domain even if it exists.

Try Asus (but don't hold your breath).
