Looking for a computer for video editing already have an idea, just want other opinions.

I am a traveler and I need a laptop that is capable of basic video editing and a good all around usable laptop. I would like to spend under $800. I use adobe premiere, adobe aftereffects, and would like good battery life in my laptop.

I was looking at the XPS 13 due to its strong processor and ram quantity.
