Looking for a good laptop for animating, video/photo-editing, somewhat light gaming, fast, portable, and nice design.

Oh and I have read reviews on the Asus ROG that laptop is infested with bloatware and technical support is useless. Also I'm an Apple fan especially their OS. I've talked to technical support for some older macs and know everything asked about. I ONLY NEED WHAT IS NECESSARY, will be using AutoDesk Maya 2015, Photoshop CS6, and Blender. Will be playing games like Dishonored, Minecraft, and Garry's Mod. Thanks for any help and support!
I am aware the macbook is overpriced but I also care about the OS design and simplicity, bit of a noob in product design....

the ASUS ROG laptop is the opposite of portable - don't get me wrong its a beast of a laptop, but weighs around 4kg. That's a lot to carry around constantly alongside folders etc.
however the Macbook is going to suffer hugely from the low graphics power - the gt 750M is just flat terrible.

If I were you I'd take a look at the new razer blade 14 (2014) - its less than an inch thick and nearly as powerful as the ASUS ROG laptop you linked with a display larger than 1080p. It fulfills all your needs.

ROG is not portable at all.....forget it....Macbook is inst good because it gets really hot, its hard to find accessories, and the charger gets damaged quickly and is also very expensive, it also has terrible performance for its price.,.....it will be better if you go with something like the new razer blade 14 which has gtx 870m gpu, i7, m.2 sata ssd, and a UHD display!!! or build a mITX pc and get a cheap laptop
