Looking for a good PC

I'm not really looking to build one, but if I must then I must. So I'm looking for a computer that can run CS:GO, H1Z1, Rocket League, Overwatch, & Battlefield. (I'd also like Arma 3 but if not thats fine) My budget is negotiable (Currently have $500 but have a part-time job and no bills to pay so I can spend) I don't want anything to expensive.
If you can help me to find a decent computer then that'd be greatly appreciated, thanks :)

(Looking for a Laptop OR Desktop)

Since I would have to build this, is it easy to build computers? Also what FPS would I be running these games at? Also thanks for the quick response!

It's EASY to build this. Building a computer requires a screwdrivers and gentle fingers (most fingers are capable of this). There are plenty of guides online. And this should do most games at 40 FPS, including titles released this year.

$1200?!!!! That's... A far cry from your budget. xD

I guess limbo. i5 is a bit of a stretch for 2K and 4K, but R9 Nano's not particularly good for 1080P.

Haha yeah it is, but I mean I'm in highschool and spend all my money on shit I don't need so why not spend it on something that I will, and what would the FPS be like on this?

I'm in high school too, but I have a Lenovo workstation with a Quadro. Legit stuff.

And the FPS would be 70 maxed 1080P, 40-60 FPS at 2K (not sure about this), 30-35 FPS at 4K.

Haha alright, hopefully I won't screw anything up but if I do my Computer Science teacher will help me :) Just looking for the right setup that would run smoothly with the games. Also, does anyone have experience with PayPayl Credit, and if so is it any good? Because figured out $1,200 USD is $1,600 CAD lol

statera use the link from that man who build his own pc its 1month ago so pretty up to date :)
thats a decent build to go with :p

edit: even with a 5k pc you won't get 60fps with everything turned on.
its really just the servers. so if u use a 800 or 1500 or 5000 pc you get 40fps max(about arma 3)

that graphics card is made for 2k/4k gaming for a 1080p-1440p we can lower the graphics card a bit and spend a bit more on the other components:) but its all about NEED VS WANT

Not quite. I managed to outdo myself. This would be fine for 2K and 4K.

I really appreciate you both helping me so much, but if we do what superninja said (Lower the graphics card) since I won't be running on 2k/4k what could we do with the remaining price? Because I don't want to buy something that I won't be using to it's fullest potential

Okay, how would the performance be like? & Thank you sooo much for helping me and putting up with my stupidity (I say thank you a lot I realize that, but I'm Canadian and apparently we apologize a lot so ya)

EDIT: What would it be like on games like H1Z1, Arma 3, etc? (I'm okay with sacrificing graphics for better performance)

This would do 45 FPS maxed everything (no VSync... Shoulda said that).
