Looking for a good PC

I'm not really looking to build one, but if I must then I must. So I'm looking for a computer that can run CS:GO, H1Z1, Rocket League, Overwatch, & Battlefield. (I'd also like Arma 3 but if not thats fine) My budget is negotiable (Currently have $500 but have a part-time job and no bills to pay so I can spend) I don't want anything to expensive.
If you can help me to find a decent computer then that'd be greatly appreciated, thanks

This would do 45 FPS maxed everything (no VSync... Shoulda said that).

Alright, so that'd be a total cost of $1,452, so if I were to go to medium settings on CS:GO would I experience any lag?

Yeah our dollar is fucked lol, but my question is my friend's computer cost him $1,200 (CAD, which is $866 USD) and he runs CS:GO at 120 FPS, (Was pre-built) why is that?
