Can you recommend an i7 ,high graphics card (for 3d rendering) , with touchscreen capabilities(for sketching) ? Preferably lightweight, budget around $1000-1500usd. thanks!

If you want a top-tier GPU (likely the GTX 980m), you'll likely won't find it paired with a touchscreen.

Lightweight at the price with a GTX 980m/970m is a usually beyond $1500.

You're going to have to compromise if you want the best.
