Hi! I'm looking for a laptop with no price limit. Ideally need UHD screen and it can be 13,15,17 inches ...

i7 or xeon, preferably i7 7th gen

gtx 1070 or 1080 or nvidia quadro 6000 if it out performs either

can settle for 16GB ram, but prefer 32GB

& the ability to upgrade storage if need be (initial storage specs don't matter too much)

biggest catch is that i'm looking for thin, light, and portable ...

while also not too loud or have poor speakers

if you could help i'd appreciate it!

The 15.6" Asus ROG Strix GL502VS is probably one of the lightest laptops with a GTX 1070 GPU weighing in at 2.3kg or 5lbs. It is 30.1mm / 1.185 inches thick.

However, it's battery life is not going to be very good because it has a G-Sync screen. Laptops with G-Sync screens has Optimus disabled which means the laptop will always be using the GTX 1070. It's one of the limitations of G-Sync.

Your post is too vague to really give an answer. Lightweight and thin with a GTX 1070 or above is a hard sell. Ones that have it either suffer from heat issues (not sure your feelings there) or short battery life (which kills your portability requirement). However, if you plan to always be around an outlet and just will carry if from one place to another, people can find something.

Are you sure you have no preference on screen size? Any preferences can help narrow this.

When you say you want to upgrade storage, are you looking for two storage bays?
