Looking for a laptop with optical drive

Hi there, I'm looking for a laptop with an optical drive around the 200$ mark. It doesn't have to be a beast of a laptop but has to have an optical driven and windows. I'll even consider getting an optical drive adapter for the hell of it. It just needs reasonable strength. My uncle is just an average Mexican contractor joe, so it doesn't need to impress, just work. I've seen thisome community work wonders before, so thanks for your consideration in advance.

Has it have to be new? Your best bet is a refurbished one.
