my device is Lenovo V570c and i can not enter the bios setup or boot menu

Start at the beginning, what exactly happens when you turn on the system and try to get in the BIOS? Does it just ignore the key presses and go into Windows? What are you trying to do, why do you need to do it and what happens when you try?
