looking for a light, small, i7 and high graphics card laptop

The only 13" size laptops that support proper gaming on Newegg is Dell's Alienware builds and the $1200 one doesn't even have an SSD installed. I'm afraid that if want a laptop with a good graphics card and i7 CPU that's actually worth the price then you're better off looking at 15.6" laptops instead. The one that alexoiu mentioned above is a good laptop for the price, I would consider that one if you can consider a 15.6" screen!

For ASUS, or Lenovo, I couldn't find a laptop with the required specs lower than 17''

Perhaps the Dell XPS 15 9550 for $1,500 is an option? It is a 15.6" screen with pretty thin bezels so the actual size similar to that of an average 14" laptop. It is also decently light at 3.9lbs.

It comes with an i7-6700HQ CPU and GTX 960m, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SATA SSD. The top end model sells for $1,830 and come with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB PCIe (faster than SATA) SSD as well as a higher capacity battery. I think it has a 84Whr battery instead of something like a 59Whr battery.

The only complaint about the laptop is the location of the webcam which is in the lower left corner of the screen. Such is the price for a laptop with very thin bezels.

You'll probably need GTX970M+. It is not so common for a small size laptop, esp. 13", to equip with high-level GPU. MSI GS40 and Sager might match you need. Link is here FYI~
