I'm now looking for my first camera. Does anyone know a good camera to take the best pictures with? My max budget is €550,- (I hope the lens and body is concluded in the budget)
I prefer a nikon or canon.

'good pictures' can be taken with a LOT of cameras. There is no 'best'.

At €550, you're in the lower end of DSLRs.
Any DSLR you find from Canon or Nikon in that price range will take clear sharp pics.

Also, do NOT obsess over some random megapixel number.
For instance, this was taken with a 17 year old (1999?) Olympus C3000 3.3 megapixel camera.

The eye and brain behind the camera is more important than the camera.
