Budget: money is no issue
Screen size/resolution: 15.6” 1080p
Preferred CPU/GPU specs: Intel i7 8750H + mobile Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 (not max Q please)
I need enough battery life to last me at least 6 hours while doing schoolwork with it while unplugged (I’ll be plugged into a wall socket while gaming)
I’ll be playing Fallout 4, heavily modded Minecraft, World of Tanks, Roblox, etc. at medium/high settings
I’ll also be using my laptop for whatever college throws at me.
I would like a 256 GB SSD + 2 TB HDD
Having Thunderbolt 3 for fast data transfers to an external hard drive would be nice.
I live in the United States of America
an optical drive that can handle CDs and DVDs would be nice to have
I have a tendency to avoid HP because their non-gaming laptops aren’t that great IMO
