Looking for a smart Digital analog TV Converter Box with wifi for netflix over home intranet.

You are really looking at two different devices:
- ATSC to Analog converter (box where you plug your antenae, and other end into TV) to be able to watch broadcast TV;
- Netflix-capable device with analog output

Is this correct? I don't think there is single device which combines both functions. ATSC converters were dollar-a-piece (literally, with a coupon) couple of years ago when analog TV ceased to exist. These days, you can get a box with media player functions, but none of these I looked at supports Netflix.

If your TV has composite video audio inputs (usually yellow, red, and black RCA jacks, then you can use a Roku 2

to access Netflix and many other free and pay internet TV channels. For over the air you will need a separate box as Albalcho above says. This is one example:
