when i run diagonose in dell inspiron 5520 laptop i received

Error code 2000-0314

Validation 79443

Msg: Thermal: The [CPU Thermistor ] reading [102c] exceeds the thermal limit


Technical supp will need this information to diagnose the problem




i checked the cooling fan, its running 4500 rpm. and i clear the vents also but again it shows the same error

please help me to solve this problem

Are all vents (bottom and side) kept clear to allow airflow? Does the fan sound like it's working hard or is it silent? If vents are clear and the fan sounds as though it is working too hard, this guide can help you get to the fan to clean the vents https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZxqf00uhrM
