That's not the kind of "smart" that they mean. Never heard of that function in a TV. Sorry.
You might be able to use a home control system like Control 4 to do this but at a steep price.

What you can do is buy an USB-UIRT which can control your TV via infrared. Then, install Eventghost on your PC and you can then schedule your TV to turn on and off at any time using Evenghost, or switch channels - anything that your TV remote can do, can be accomplished with eventghost. You can always PM me if you want help setting up eventghost.
