Looking for an Xps 13

I'm looking for a new Dell Xps 13 (latest version) with an i7 processor and 256 GB SSD. I'd prefer a 16 GB memory but 8GB is fine as well. Touch and QHD are not needed (unless no version with the above exists without them). Price as low as possible(Hopefully low 1000's) . No used or refurbished.
