How can I increase vram and graphics on windows 7 ,amd radeon

If the GPU is part of the APU then you might be able to increase the amount of shared ram in the bios, some have the option and other are automatic with no option to change it. If its a dedicated card then the amount of dedicated vram can not be changed.
