Looking for i7-6700HQ, DDR4, PCIe NVMe slot laptop

I'm looking for a 14" - 15.6" (preferrably 14), with 1080p resolution and following specs:
i7 6700HQ, DDR4 ram slots, and my main concern is the M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 slot available.
I'm going to use it mostly for programming, the specs I mentioned above might be overspecced, but it doesn't matter.
I'm currently looking at Lenovo Y700-15ISK, and Asus ROG GL552VW but they're kind of flashy.
If there is any, can you guys recommend me other laptops or which one of y700 and gl552 is better?

I don't really need it but I want one with it, just because my interest in trying Samsung 950 Pro.
I'm currently working on a laptop with a standard SSD so I'm also curious on how much they differ

I almost bought the 17" version of that Asus ROG. It's a great laptop for sure. I've never used the y700, but I'm sure it's good too. I don't like the y700's design as much. If you don't need a video card, you could save a few hundred by getting a HP Pavilion. It fits all the requirements, but uses DDR3L.
