looking for in-ear anc device

So my sister has an auditory processing disorder and I am looking for an active noise cancelling device for her. I am hoping for something that is more discreet than headphones, similar to earbuds, but without audio input abilities. Strictly noise cancelling/reduction. I found something called QuietOn (quieton.com), but the price of this is a bit steep. If anyone knows of another device like this or any input, that would be great! Thank you so much!

The ear plugs you link to seem to primarily reduce bass.
