Looking for laptop between 250-300$ that is upgradable?

I'm looking for a laptop that has some upgrade potential. The last one I had was equipped with a Intel 2.3ghz dual core.
For now, any speed is fine as long it's compatible with a faster Cpu than my old one

Laptop CPUs and GPUs are soldered in. The only things you can upgrade are the hard drives and the ram. For $300 you won't get one with a graphics card in it anyway.

Laptop + $300 + 'upgradeable' is not going to happen.
You can change the HDD, and maybe add some RAM. That's about it.
