Pros of laptop #1 on your list:

-great graphics card, the GTX 850m
-a 6-cell battery

Cons:

-a weaker processor

Pros of laptop #2:
-a strong graphics card but not as good as the other
-a much much better processor

Cons:
-weaker battery life

I would go with #2 due to the better processor.
