Looking for set up windows 7

Turns on but won't load up windows 7 launch start up repair

I need a bit more information. Did you turn the drive to boot ahci after install? Have you set an overclocked? What is your system specs and is the system new/old. Have you tried differant SATA cables and mtherboard SATA ports for the boot drive? Test each of your RAM sticks separately if you have 2 or more.
