I was doing a factory reset on my 7" smart tab and the power went off now every time i turn the tablet on it powers off.

You can't reset the device if you can't get it to turn on and stay on. It has to be able to be turned on to reset. If under warranty, I would have it looked at by the manufacturer. If not, then try a local tech.
