looking for solutions for 42'flatscreen i damage

I recently have damaged my boyfriend gift for his dad 42' flatscreen tv. I just lost my job about to loose my home and i need to get this tv fix. This tv has a sentimental value cause not only he work hard to get this for his dad it the gift his dad got before he past away. Please help

Basically anything that is actually broken (screen, case, power supply, etc...) will need to be replaced. You can buy parts online cheaper than from a repair shop but if you can't do the work yourself you'll have to have someone come in and do the repair for you. So the screen is cracked, look online for a screen replacement for your model. Often the cost of the part and labor to replace it comes out to the same thing as just buying a new or a used working TV.
