looking for the solution

hi.. i bought my hp laptop one year back. now a days i found that my system runs very slow.. one bad thing is when i press a key in screen save mode the windows doesn't come to normal. at first it looks like fade color after a few seconds it comes to normal view.. i want to know why these things are happening and what is the solution for this problem.. pls help me.. hope u ll give a good solution..

Sorry, can you please better explain the issue? It's unclear what you mean by "looks a dual". Also, are you asking if it's a software problem or does it only happen on specific software??
