looking for value gaming headset

so what i do was listening music , movie , and of course gaming
i dont have sharp ear and not really a audiophile , but what i do like was a great surround sound , i dont have any soundcard (do i need this) ?
i have like 3 thing in my mind ?
cm storm ceres 500
razer kraken 7.1
senheisser pc320
i have 150$ budget , which one should i buy?
also i would love if it was supported by ps3

i had a Cyber Acoustics AC 401, which is only 16 bucks. open air and can be worn all day, zero pain. Sometimes expensive doesn't mean good.

im just looking for surround gaming headset , but idk which to choose , im open for suggestion , but it seem your headset doesnt have any surround (cmiw)
