It would seem offhand that your OS has been corrupted (possibly the HDD but we'll address that later if needed). I will suggest attempting an OS restore, see where you get doing that

I'm not understanding: Your title says blank screen, yet your post says you have a screen showing you your BIOS and boot selection menu keys (the POST screen).

Do you have absolutely no picture? Or are you seeing the logo at start up, but then Windows does not load?
