Lookout app locked her out

My friend tried to install your lookout app on her phone and it locked her out its telling her to enter the code, she never set up a code what does she need to do to get back in her phone

This site doesn't have a 'lookout' app. I think you need to visit the Google Play Store and locate the app that was downloaded, then contact the apps creators.
