lost data and documents

i accidentally delete data on my samsung andriod phone and lost all my save contacts ,memos of importants dates confirmation numbers of buinesses i have dealt with ,doesanyone knows how i can retieve them back?HELP PLEASE!!!

Have you saved all your information to an email account? Part of Google's system, like Apple's, is to tie all of your contacts, events, etc to an email account. If you did this, you should be able to re-import everything again.
