Lost iPhone 6

[PHS2015]

Hello I had my iPhone 6 stolen recently and it has find my iPhone set up with UK EE network as the provider. When I try to locate it on my PC it states offline? I would love to find my phone again, I pad a company a small amount to find it and apparently it's had it's sim changed to a T Mobile UK sim, can I trace it?

Any help is appreciated.

Hand over all the information (including the IMEI and SIM number) to the police and your phone network. They're about the only people with access to the cellular backend to trace it, and vigilante justice tends to be a bad idea anyway.
