Lost laptops trackers

I lost a hp 530 duo core laptop S/No CND819CPPP.
I am a kenyan and really upsetted.
How can you help me tracing the laptop for me.
i will be very glad if i get it back.

Unless you had specific software for tracking it installed, you're probably out of luck.
