Question Loud Cell Phone Receiver

Hi all... I was wondering if someone could help me.

I working for a 90 yr old man and he has severe hearing loss and won't wear a hearing aid.

I was wondering if there is a phone out there other than the Jitterbug that has an extremely loud receiver? I would prefer a smartphone but if they only make them in flip phones then that's OK. Can someone please help me here???
