Loud music!!!!! Please someone save my life

I was listening to music on my computer and did nit notice that my heaphones was connected to my laptop. I was listenting to music for 10 minutes my headphones over my ears (resting on temple head or what do you call it) and thought that the "brain music" audio was just bad. Now i am asking that is it possible that my tinnitus gets affected by this??? The music didn't seem to be that loud (music level was 28/100 on pc) but i am really worried.

I would say not but only an audiologist would be able to say for sure,
