Toshiba Qosmio X70-A won't boot. It's only clicking every second, please somebody help me out

It sounds like your laptop hard drive may be defective. Failed HDDs often make a clicking sound when they have failed.

Can you access your BIOS and see if the HDD is showing any issues, or even detected?
