Low budget Bluetooth transmitter if that's what I need..lol

I have a Samsung plasma tv, no headphone jack, would like to use my Bluetooth headphones..do I need a transmitter or a receiver for my 2012 tv.??
..I'm not savy to electronics whatsoever, something between $10-$25 with the longest available charged time, 6-8 hours, longer if price allows.

Some older sets will have a 2 way scart (euro) socket.

Its possible to use this but obviously without the actual tv model number impossible to say whether this is an option for you .

Charge time isn't an issue since the transmitter will have a power supply that plugs into a wall outlet.
