So I've been having issues with the frame rate while playing games even when they're set to the lowest setting. I'm not a computer expert so I wouldn't know where to start to fix the problem, if it can even be fixed. I turned of my firewall to see if it would help but it didn't. I also tried to make it so that all the games would be using the nvidia graphics card. Even with that I still have the frame rate problem. I apologize if there is any information needed that I've left out.

Solution
I think its just your GPU. If your playing any AAA then forget it because you might could get above 30 fps at lowest settings but I doubt it. Minecraft shouldn't be getting too low because its mainly CPU dependant I don't know about the other games though.
