I'm looking for a gaming laptop that's between $200-$300 (USD)
Are there any good options in that range? It doesn't have to be high end or have any real special features, just needs good performance. Good enough to play TF2 and CS:GO with minimal lag.

Graphics is important, but not priority; playing said games at even just 40fps on med-low settings would be okay, way better that the steady 12 that I get now.

Solution
Acer Aspire ES 15 ES1-572-31KW for $300.
- Core i3-6100u
- Intel HD 520
- 1366x 768
- 4GB RAM
- 1TB HDD

I highly recommend adding another stick of 4GB RAM for $28 when you can afford to do so. Having two sticks of RAM allows the RAM to operate at full speed rather than half speed. That can increase integrated graphics performance by 10% - 15% depending on the game. Having more RAM can also improve overall performance a little bit because when the laptop starts to run out of available RAM, it swaps data back and forth to the hard drive which can cause a bit of lag and lower performance.

With some minor tweaks it can play Overwatch at over 50 FPS (with 2 sticks of RAM) as seen in the following video;

Thanks to you both for the help, the Acer looks like a great option, and I don't mind that it's a bit over my budget. I'll look into expanding the RAM later. This saves me a lot of time researching into dead ends online, especially since I'm not knowledgeable as far as computer products go.

Good alternative is the HP 15-ay191ms. Slightly more expensive; by about $72 or so, but definitely worth it:

+ 15.6 inch, 1366 x 768 - 10 finger touch screen display
+ 7th Gen i3-7100u 2.4Ghz with hyper-threading + HD620 Graphics
+ 8 GB's of DDR4 RAM
+ 1 TB drive
+ CD/DVD optical drive

Very nice performance laptop for a really tight budget. The integrated graphics is pretty neat as well.
