Question Low volume with earbuds on PC

Hi, I use my earbuds every day on my phone and they sound amazing and decently loud, my buds are https/www.skullcandy.eu/shop/earbuds/inkd-plus , but on my pc at maximum volume on everything, even with Loudness Equalization on its equal to half the max volume on my phone also got the latest drives. I connect my buds with a headset splitter cable directly in the motherboard.

Could be an issue with the headset splitter.
