M50X or M40X?

I have Corsair Vengeance 1300 at now and I want to upgrade.
M50X and M40X a lot better than my headset?
I listen to music and play games.

M40X is OK? or you recommend to purchase the m50x?

the m50 certainly offers better build quality compared with the lower level options and feel better built and are a little more comfortable with better pads. sound quality is a bit better as well but even the cheaper ones arent bad quality.

for gaming however the m50 lineup isnt great due to small soundstage. usable yes but not ideal.

i would look at the hd518,hd558,hd598 or if you like the closed back nature of the m50 and want good bass look instead at the dt770 paired with a good soundcard.

HD598, HD558 and HD518 are expensive for me.
M50X better than my headset for gaming use?
I do not know if M40X enough for me, I am looking for a headset a much higher level than my headset.
