this is great!
when I was 18 and working in tech support I would always open up a command prompt, start up 'debug' and dump a few KB of memory to the screen. This trick always seemed to convince customers that I was a 'true techy'.

Even today, with my tech support days long behind me, I still find that doing anything on a command line tends to impress people, so I'm not surprised that these sort of businesses exist.

lol. This is hilarious. Alignment and all that. I am not sure I can contain myself as long as this guy did. I would bust out laughing at the so called technician everytime he said anything about alignment or multi sequence or registries on a mac.
