Mad keyboard problem

Hello guys, I have this problem with my keyboard...it types crazy things instead of some special letters.for example instead of letter "i" it types "urw" or instead of "k" it types "a/". Please help me if you know how to fix it.

Which Asus laptop is it? what version of windows?

Its windows 7 and the model is N56U

The only Asus N65U I can find is a wireless router so that seems wrong
