Made the mistake of downloading Windows 10 want to go back.

I downloaded windows 10 thinking it would help with some gaming issues. It didn't. I am after the 30 day period to just roll back to windows 7 so what do i do now. My pc had windows 7 premium home edition on it when i bought it and i do not have the disk. I found the key code on the back of the pc but how to I get it installed back to windows 7.
