Mail router alert

Hello,how do you set your mail router alerts. I am not receiving alerts when an email has not reeached the ricipiant. This has never been functional on my email which is FSmail.

This comes from the server that is accepting the email, if it does not have a reply configured, you won't get the email if it can't find an address you put in.
