Make a Toshiba Laptop Recovery CD?

Hi all, my brother has a Toshiba laptop i think it is one of the satellite ones. His ex- girlfriend used it a lot and somehow was stupid enough to be able to get a virus which is smart enough to delete the hidden recovery partition, so i need to be able to make a cd for it. Is this possible to do and how if it is? Thankyou.

if it deleted the hidden recovery partition then you cant make a recovery cd.

you can try to find software to recover the partition and data
you can order recovery media from Toshiba
you can if windows 7 get windows install files from micrsoft web site and reinstall using it(you wont have all the programs that came with the laptop though)

I would suggest if you want to do one of these items asking another question in forum on "how do I... which option you chose.

sadly though people always don't want to create recovery media till its to late. I wish manufactures will just include the disk again.
