I need to talk to my friends on my game, but the ho!e button, volume, back button,screenshot , and the close button pon my screen block it, even when I tape my screen, they won't go down

Your device may not allow for the screen to move that way when running that particular app. Some just don't allow for the movement in certain directions.

Have you tried doing the same on a different tablet? That would be my first suggestion. To make sure if it is the game or the tablet.

It works with my other account, but not with my 2nd one

Then it would not be the tablet that is the issue. Have you checked your game settings to make sure you are set up the same on both accounts? Just using the same app for it doesn't mean they have the same settings. I would check on that next.
